Our 4e wines are crafted in small lots from fruit sourced as local as possible. We offer a selection of quality grape and non-grape wines from dry to sweet. Our wines are produced as naturally as possible with a minimal amount of fining. Thus, you may find our wines naturally produce sediments from the fruits or natural tartaric acids from the grapes. These sediments are harmless and can be consumed or the wine can be decanted to remove sediments. Our wines are also made without the use of animal products in their production.

Aronia – aronia berries, also known as chokeberries, contain the highest level of anthocyanins and polyphenols of any fruit. These natural antioxidants are associated with good health and vitality. Our latest batch of aronia wine was made with North Dakota berries picked at the peak of ripeness. It is full flavored and sweetened just a little to balance the tannins in this berry.
