Arriving on a Day the Tasting Room is Open?

We’re excited to welcome you! Please share your estimated time of arrival (ETA) with us, and let us know if your plans change or you’re delayed.

While we can usually accommodate arrivals after closing time, we recommend arriving before the tasting room closes so you can enjoy everything we have to offer.

When you arrive, get settled in and then stop by the tasting room to check in. If you’re unsure where to park, feel free to pull to the side to avoid blocking traffic and come on in—we’ll be happy to help you get situated.

In our Tasting Room

We offer the ONLY 100% vegetarian menu in North Dakota, and are happy to provide the most vegan options as well. But as Chef Greg likes to say, "Good food is good food," so don't be put off by labels. Our customers LOVE our food that is prepared largely from scratch.

Arriving on a Day We’re Closed?

We’re still happy to have you! Please make sure you’ve shared your estimated time of arrival (ETA) with us, and keep us posted if your plans change or you’re running late.

We would appreciate your show of support by ordering through our online store. Orders placed by 2 PM CT will be ready for pickup when you arrive. And if we’re around, we just might be able to invite you in for a taste or two!

When you Arrive

Parking: Follow the gravel drive around the Machine Shed. You’re welcome to park anywhere on the grassy area on the east side of our property. Just be sure to leave enough space for others to pass by comfortably.

Weather Advisory – Rainy Conditions: During wet weather, the grassy area in the back may become too soft for safe parking. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know and ask that you park in the gravel lot near the winery instead.

Even if we believe the area is dry enough, we encourage you to assess it for yourself—you know your rig best. While 98% of the time the back lot is hard and flat (this is North Dakota, after all), we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur in wet conditions.

If customer vehicles are already using the gravel lot when you arrive, we appreciate your patience while everyone gets settled. Thanks for your understanding!

Relax and Enjoy: Make yourselves at home and enjoy the quiet charm of rural North Dakota. Stroll our prairie paths or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars.

Pet-Friendly: We love welcoming well-behaved pets! Please keep them leashed when outside your vehicle. Pets are welcome on the ground level of our tasting area. And of course—please clean up after them. Thank you!

Generator Use: Respectful generator use is allowed. If others are camping nearby, please keep a generous distance and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Electricity: If you’ve requested use of our 50 or 20 amp outlet, please confirm its availability on your arrival day. The outlet is located on the left side of the large red barn you’ll see as you drive in. Please park head- or tail-in to the barn. If both outlets are in use, you may be parked near another guest. Bring your own extension cord.

We ask for an additional $15 per day for electricity use (on top of any product purchase support), which helps cover installation and operating costs. You can pay online or in the tasting room during open hours.

Garbage: Please do not place garbage in our dumpster as it fills quickly with our own use. Thank you for your understanding!

Thank you for choosing 4e Winery — we look forward to your visit!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. And if we don’t get a chance to meet you in person, we hope you enjoy a peaceful stay and wish you safe travels.
