Crafted from wild plums grown on the North Dakota prairie, this wine is smooth as silk and has a balanced sweetness that brings out the flavor of the prairie in every glass. As we do minimal fining and processing of our wines, this wine tends to be slightly opaque. Plum wines naturally have a slight cloudy appearance and may produce some sediments in the bottle. These are all natural and harmless. You may enjoy it as is or decant the wine off the sediments if you desire a clearer wine.
